Payments are required day of service. Please let Anne know ahead of time if an alternative payment plan is required. Prices based on a “Good Faith Estimate” determined by Medicare reimbursement rates as recommended by the No Surprises Act. Superbills are available upon requested and can be submitted to your private insurance. If a potential client is on any form of Medicare or Medicaid, cash pay services are not permitted as per federal law as Anne is in the process of credentialing with CA and NV Medicaid/Medicare.
